Services We Provide

We support several companies in design and build of test equipment and fixtures. We are a full service provider from design, fabrication, and assembly.

Engineering & Design

Elite E/M, Inc. has highly qualified and experienced engineers and designers who can design and support manufacturing of products and fixtures from start to finish. We use Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor.

Fabrication

Using MasterCAM software, we can import your solid model files, program parts, and machine them on our Haas VF9 (84" x 40" table), VF7 (84" x 32" table), and VF2 (30" x 16" table) machining centers. We can fabricate metal and plastic parts on these machines.

We can also provide complete sheet metal part fabrication, plating, and painting.

Turnkey Assembly

Elite E/M, Inc. has been providing turnkey assembly services to many of its clients. We fabricate and/or procure all material, inspect, assemble, and test the products that we build. We provide manufacturing engineering support to client manufacturing groups and help change and maintain the documents.
